I think the KotOR combat system is awesome but in this case the storyline matters more.

I liked when Mandalore told the Mandalorian soldier "And don't kill yourself until I tell you to" over the comlink. It was the part when you were setting up the explosive charges on the Ravager, and the Mando soldier gets attacked and wounded and wants to commit suicide, or something.

Wow within a five year span here on earth there are plenty of new things that get created. The items could be made by the same company and look similar I would have no problem with that but using the same items from the previous game and slapping a new name on them is just plain being lazy. Look at the Sith mask aka the hunters mask for starters. Instead of designing a new mask they just use the old mask from K1. Good thing the Sith wrote their names on the back of their masks in those days otherwise they would be confused as all hell. You see some new stuff and you see lots and lots of stuff that has been around for decades. Some countries were still using WWII Soviet tanks in the 80s and probably more recently. AK-47s, Kalishnikovs, these've been around for decades. I'm not saying "Don't bemoan Obsidian's failure to needlessly fully replace all the gear from KOTOR 1" if that's how you feel, just don't expect your argument that it's somehow ridiculous to hold much water. You'll have to find a few more, can't remember where though. Also I'm pretty sure you'll have to group up with Bao-Dur or Atton because they fix it, at least that's what I hear. Never got it to work so I wouldn't know for sure.

It looks alright, but I probably won't be getting it.

It took a little over 20 hours, but I skipped a lot of side quests and a bunch of other crap. I'm doing another play through now and I'm sure it'll take up about 30+ hours before I'm done.

I ****ing love Visas. I've been a fan of HK since KotOR 1 but Kelly Hu is just too hot.

Just a ****load of black metal and industrial. Emperor, NiN, old CoF, Skinny Puppy, too many to list. Some Hip Hop is alright too.
