  1. I've deleted everything on my computer, reinstalled the game from scratch, then the patch & Kickstarted DLCs, but the newly installed game remains at 1.0.2.0508 even after the patch says it was installed successfully. I'm having a hell of a time with GOG and their lack of support. Is there a process for moving your backer key over to Steam? I'd really like to play this game & have been stuck for 8+ days now.
  2. Maybe Obsidian can comment on this – I've contacted GOG again but have yet to receive any response in the last 72 hours. Well this is interesting ... I deleted everything on my computer & re-downloaded the game, plus the patch and two Kickstarter DLCs from GOG. I then re-installed the game from scratch, then ran the patch and it said it was successful. After that I ran the two DLC packs without issue. But when I launch the newly installed & patched Pillars of Eternity, the version number still reads 1.0.2.0508 and no fixes/patches have been applied to the new installation. Anyone go to all this effort and run into the same problem?
  3. It's not just you – GOG botched the patch and no OS X users are able to apply it. The only advice so far is to delete the entire game, re-download from their site, then re-download the patch and backer add-ons, and that _might_ work.
  4. Wanted to chime in as an OS X user that's been stuck in Raedric's Keep – waiting on a patch – for 8 days now. Stupid me, I know .... GOG finally released the original patch for OS X around 4 hours ago – sans hot-fix, mind you – and managed to create a broken file that is not compatible for OS X users. The GOG experience has been pretty miserable so far and going forward I would never support them again. It'd be great if someone at Obsidian could pass on a gentle note that they could be doing a better job, because GOG is not replying to emails or forum posts.
  5. Same problem with OS X & GOG. Redeemed my game through GoG and there's no update, or even feedback from them. I've emailed them twice now and received no response. They have time to update their Facebook profile multiple times, but no time to offer customer support. Trying to ask for help on their forum results in rude remarks and untruths about patching process from other forum members. I've been stuck in Raedric's Hold for literally a week now as I didn't want to restart from scratch. That was obviously a bad idea. One of the more unpleasant gaming experiences in memory, despite the fact the game itself was very fun to play (until I couldn't anymore).
