Stardust. I missed the first half an hour of this, but was pretty entertained with the rest. A decent fantasy tale, and finally Robert DeNiro delivers a performance I liked for the first time in a while.

I just got in from watching Wall - E. It was good, although for the first half an hour or so I thought to myself 'this is a bit too dark for a kids movie'.

Hellboy 2. Loved it. Liz was a bit of a spaz this time around, but they explain that pretty early in the movie. Decent action, beautifully done backgrounds and some great one liners too. Color me entertained.

Yeah, I can. Sure, it's got Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez, but it also has George Carlin in it. If the opening scene where the kids talk about their parents doesn't have you laughing you may have a problem.

Jersey Girl. I still find this movie to be sweet and funny after repeated viewings.

A lot of players take less money to play in Detroit. Used to be they would take a pay cut to play under Scotty Bowman. Now they take a hit on their bazillion dollar salaries because they know Detroit will be competitive year in and year out.
