    I think I have the same issue. I also failed at negotiations. In my journal it says something like "return to the queen, though she will be displeased" but there are no new options.

    It must be a bug. I’m playing at 4K in Windows 10, though for some reason at “59” hz.

    FYI, you can disable the overlay just for this game: Right click PoE II in your games list, select properties, and then uncheck "Enable Steam Overlay while in-game."
