I apologize if this has been posted before... This is my first time on forums. I'm having major difficulties in starting a new game -- the beginning cutscene is mostly white and blocky; I can't proceed past it. I'm on Windows 8, with a decent system and have had Norton check over my entire disk. I can play normally with my saved files, but not start a new one -- why?
