  1. As my post count indicates, I've mostly been a reader on the boards, so I'm likely going to leave to avoid the spoilers which will no doubt be rampant in every topic. I might pop in to catch reactions, but I've got to avoid any topic remotely gameplay and story related until I've played it a couple of times.
  2. exactly. this isn't the Barbie Lightsaber Vacation PlaySet <{POST_SNAPBACK}> This is, of course, based on the OT movies, in which there were all of THREE jedi around. Since you saw a difference between the TWO jedi lightsabers in the movies (green and blue), doesn't it stand to reason that if there are more jedi around, there will be a greater number of variances? The mere fact that purple appears in Episode 2 proves this. Plus its wicked schweet. Purple all the way.
  3. A bad ending (or endings in this instance) won't make or break a game for me. There is so much more that goes into my enjoyment of a game, and the ending holds relatively little weight unless it is truly something unique. Most (videogame) endings can be so easily predicted these days that the disappointment factor, while present, just doesn't have as big an impact anymore. I expect not to be blown away, so when it doens't happen, its no biggie. Of course, those times I am are all the more satisfing.
  4. For the first playthroughs, they will be the same names I always use when I name the main character: Leto (male) and Lenneth (female). After that, who knows...
  5. Awareness seems to have the most potential if it is going to be used to gauge other people's tones/moods/body launguage in conversations. I think we will see a lot of people trying to be deceptive when speaking with the PC, and being able to see through, or even play along with, someone's lie could have interesting story repercussions. Romances, if there will be any, could be made a little more interesting by perceiving what another person is feeling, and whether it not it would, for example, be prudent to press them on their feelings or if it would make him or her uncomfortable. I'd imagine things like Repair and Treat Injury will play somewhat minor roles in the story, such as repairing a broken console to access it or treating an injured NPC's wounds (ala the Wookie in the Shadowlands that you had the option of healing, which always succeded by default).
