I thought SW was partially an autobiography of GL, like, naive farmboy grows up and learns the harsh way of the real world? Furthermore it is a story about the continuing battle between good (light) and dark (evil) and about redemption. This sounds actually pretty biblical to me As for names: Luke = Lucas IMO (I'm called Lukas and people call me Luke all the time) Vader = Dutch for father. Perhaps this means GL is Pensylvanian Dutch

Ok, perhaps I wasn't being complete: When I as a gamer , not a developer, play a game, I don't use cheats/mods. Obsidians main job is creating the game, not playing it and btw, they probably don't have to cheat to solve something, because they created the game in the first place, so they know how to solve things. When you are stuck, it leads to frustration, wich leads to anger. When you start cheating and take the easy way out it leads inevitably (sp?) to the dark side. It is a test for the true LS gamer to see if he/she can solve his/her problem through peace and contemplation instead of give in to your anger and cheat :ph34r:

Exactly what I mean: you're altering the game, you're not playing it the way it's meant to be played. I have to admit, on some occasions I had to "edit" a game, but that was morrowind, and the only reason was that the game was so buggy that I got stuck because a NPC just vanished. But I never use cheats/mods just to take the easy way out, because for me it is part if the challenge of the game to figure out how to solve something.

But isn't using mods like that cheating? I mean, you are changing the way the game was meant to be played? I can imagine that certain mods enhance the gameplay (flashlight mod for doom 3 for example), but most of them just ruin the game for me... :ph34r:(sorry if my arguments are a little weak, but I had to make this post: #200 :ph34r:

I think it depends on your number of posts (but I'm not entirely sure): lvl 0 = 1 - 4 posts lvl 1 = 5 - 199 posts lvl 2 = 200 - 399 posts lvl 3 = 400 - 799 posts lvl 4 = 800 - 1600 posts and so on

In Star Wars, I think the whole Sw galaxy is brilliant, not specificly the Jedi, their only a small part of it. To be honest, in the movie I enjoyed the massive space battles more than the parts of the movie about the Jedi.

Ok, I'll give it a shot: Obi Wan was investigating something on Geonosis (the planet where the arena is) He got captured by the evil count Dooku, the separatist lesder (old guy, same actor as Saruman). Anakin and Padme want to rescue Obi Wan, but they get caprtured too. Meanwhile, the Jedi were alerted and conducted a rescue mission. So then we get the big fight in the arena. Then, Dooku sends his droids to attack the Jedi. The Jedi are almost overwhelmed, but just in time Yoda arrives with the New Republic army of clones and helps out the Jedi. Sorry pal, can't make it clearer then that, you should ask someone else if he/she can do a better job. Btw, sorry for my bad english

You should start watching the movies in the correct order, wich is imo NOT the chronological order. Start with ep IV, V, VI and then watch ep I and II. that should help....(I hope) edit: spelling
