I foresee that Obsidian will far surpass the expectations of the gamers....KOTOR 2 will have a much better storyline than KOTOR mainly because it's darker, and they are focusing on character development...so it wont feel rushed....when u think about how long Taris actually played into the length of the first game, and the jedi training, imagine how much more character developement they'll add to the story and game legnth without that....all u have to do this time is find a lightsaber....b4 u had to find how to find bastilla, then get her, then escape the planet, then go do a billion things for jedi training....I foresee a great many things.....

By the way, who do you guys think the Hooded Figure is at the end of the Korriban teaser trailor....? I"m thinking maybe a possible Revan appearance...or its the 3rd Sith, the female maybe....what do you guys think?!

I just had a crazy Idea....what if Darth Nihilus or w/e (MSG) was one of the Jedi on the Council on Dantoine or just one of the Jedi on the council on coruscant (SP?)....now dig this...he's the Sith that starts the mand wars, encourages Revan and Malak to go fight against the Mandalores, then hides out for awhile, then after the wars he lures Revan and Malak to the outerrim tells them of the starforge and Sith, but doesnt reveal he's the Sith Lord, so they take the mantle of Lord and Apprentice after they fall to the darkside, then they go out there and KOTOR 1 happens as we know it, and then Revan is confronted by this Jedi and he tells him that he has been the true lord of the sith, Revan tells the jedi tehy dont believe him and Revan goes into hiding (fate will be revealed) and THe Jedi (MSG) Fakes his death with a Sith Onslaught...then becomes the MSG to everyone and etc. and nearly wipes out the Jedi.....or something....I dunno I'm kinda trailing off hahahaa

HAHA the twist is that KOTOR 2 doenst exist...and its never coming out.....

I always thought it would be cool to make a Role playing game, like KOTOR, but make it the time frame of the first 3 movie trilogies, and u take the role as luke skywalker....but check it out.....anything goes this time.....u can join Vader on Bespin and try to take out the emperor, or u can do it the way luke did it, until the end of ROTJ and then kill vader and become the Sith apprentice....and etc. and have detailed movie cutscenes and etc. after u beat the game and etc. that would be interesting.... and maybe to add more to it, it will continue for a little while after ROTJ, and u could travel around as Sith Apprentice, or restart the academy urself on Yavin if u take the light side route....

Haha I just htought of something.....so there are supposedly 2 jedi s besides u and they are GIRLS.....man....that's pretty tight, with two Female Jedi, then that BOunty hunter chick, and maybe a third jedi that u think is also a woman.....then my Male Jedi is gonna be an Effin PIMP (w00t) hahaha....I'll be spending most of my time on the ebon Hawk....with a video recorder.....dig it cats?

Yeah, they should really give us the option to have a hood up, and if the all the awesome Robes they promised us suck, I'd be dissapointed....cuz they supposedly have all these prestigue classes....but what kind of sith lord wears a skin tight blue or red "robe" lol.....ya dig it? Also I wish there was blood.....heh.....or some type of gore to keep it interesting since its turn based combat....now that's not included, but hopefully if they make a KOTOR 3, which would be a good move.....they should add gore animations to the combat...God I hope KOTOR keeps making games like FF did...

Actually that's one of the most creative ideas for a videogame I've heard in a LONG time....it's almost something like SIdious would do, very manipulative...I like the idea...but yeah, this is what I wanted, first reply was what I didnt want in this thread haha, but ur reply was what I was looking for...good example...anyone else have any ideas?

I'm new to these forums so if it's a repost of a topic...my apologies....but that's all, I'm very very excited to see how it unfolds but havent gotten ahold of any good resources for KOTOR 2 info, so I don't have an opinion on it yet...how do you guys think the Storyline will unfold....just peoples opinions or ideas, or if anyone knows somehting " share it hehe So.......let's see what ya guys are thinking...

I think it's legit...and I also think this is going to be the BEST Star Wars film ever....

exactly....I hope the Endings in KOTOR 2 are better than KOTOR 1....the lightside in KOTOR was a rip off of A New Hope...and the Darkside ENding was aight, but too short.....I hope they are more deep and are longer this time around, and try to show what happens with each character-but that would be a stretch....as long as they are better than FABLE's endings it's all good...

Haha I know, waiting for decent info on this game is insane...they are really REALLY making us wait....they have us by the balls.....they are so....SITH like....and in that case my hopes for the game rise even more....I think Obsidian is going to do better than Bioware, personally, I don't care if there track record is new or not...they know what they're doing....and hey....Rocky was an underdog too....maybe we'll get 5 KOTOR sequels like Rocky did....ok....the cocaine's wearing off I'll be back later....

I'm looking forward to going back to Korriban, I remember thinking that they would have to put Korriban in the game somehow after they named it hte SIth Lords...and they did.... ...now another thought I had was what if we go back to Dantoine and find out something really corrupt about the jedi...I don't know what but I've always been a SIth Advocate...the Jedi are like Catholics...light of the world but you know they are up to somehting when they only want young kids....kinda like Dantoine or even Couriscant is like the Never land ranch
