    Thanks. I used that Paradox email the first time but have gone through the Paradox support desk the second time. Still no reply to either so I have emailed Obsidian today. Hopefully you're right and they move things along!

    After my complaint Paradox replied that they managed to correct the address on one of my orders, and that they'll send a second package in substitution of the one that was sent out with wrong address. Fast and appropriate reply from Paradox. Nice. You're doing better than me! I have had no response to my enquiry to Paradox at all! Can I ask how long it took for you to receive a reply?

    I actually got an email from Paradox Interactive on 27/03 saying my swag is on it way. The tracking number provided only shows that a shipping label has been created and there has been no updates on the USPS site since then. In my Obsidian account page, my order still says shipping soon. I emailed Paradox Interactive but have received no response from them and was wondering where exactly that leaves my order??

    Its probably more to do with the fact that you Ozzies don't have decent Internet penetration in the Outback or your citizens are busy fighting all those dangerous and poisonous snakes, spiders and other lethal creatures that inhabit your fair land Help is on the way! ... Well maybe not in this exact moment, but I'll get there with my wife for our honeymoon. Probably just in time for the game release. Drat! Hope you guys enjoy honeymooning in our fair land!

We all sound really tough when you put it like that. No problems taking on the spiders but snakes give me the heebie jeebies and there are loads out our way...lovely, poisonous, brown ones! )
