  1. I reinstalled and started playing a few days ago and got to the quest "Supply and Demand" I don't remember if I already had a good reputation with the Doemenels when I started this quest, but I sure had it by the time I went talk to the thugs in the locked house and then went back to Maea to try and get her to lower prices. She told me about the possibility of getting a discount from the Doemenels but there was selectable conversation option to tell her i'd do it. Going to Bricanta Doemenel doesn't help either since there is also no option to talk about the Salty Mast. The only options I have to finish the quest now require 17 or 18 Intelligence or 16 Resolve, and I wouldn't want to use those either.
  2. There are supposed to be two ways to get the cape. Both options for helping her escape the law should grant the same reward. And yes, the money option had the same result. She only gave me a potion of power, no Cape.
  3. I reinstalled the game and began a new game a few days ago and the first visitor I got after repairing the main Keep was Nyry The Deft Hand. I helped her escape to see what I would get out of it and the only thing she gave me was a Potion of Power. I went to Defiance Bay and finished A Two Story Job to unlock the option of getting help from House Doemenel thinking this could help, but even then it was the same. She didn't give me the Cape. I was frustrated and there was no time unlock the option of turning her over to the Crucible Knights anymore so I just convinced her to turn herself in and got the lousy 1 prestige bonus instead. Unfortunately I don't have the savegame file to show it. Back to top Quote MultiQuote
  4. I've Just realized that I posted in the wrong forum it seems. Will replicate in the proper one.

  6. Which is a great trick, but really shouldn't be the only way to deal with the issue. Why? Its simple, effective and its a direct counter move to respond to the problem after the fact, by what standards are you claiming that its not enough?
  7. The counter for charm/domination is simple, you just need to charm your charmed party member
  8. Not sure if it helps or not but i went through the same thing, but instead of going back to get a perception buff, i searched the area and found a diary, this diary told me something and i talked about it with the quest giver who then directed me to a resolution. I assumed that whatever the perception check was about, amounted to the same result so i didn't even bothered passing the perception check again...
  9. After i loaded the game with it turned off and turned it on, it went back to being its proper Size.
  10. Here are the tests i had done previously with my aura at different Intellect values using Crucible of the Soul for comparison. Intellect 3. Intellect 10 Intellect 25
  11. Here is the current size of my aura After this I kept the character in the same position and changed my Intellect to 1 to test if it would become smaller, but apparently it is still covering the whole map.
  12. I would expect for it to have the specified size. Apparently the aura changes its size wildly at different times for seemingly no reason at all. I've seen it become smaller, as i originally posted, but since then i saw it become twice its supposed size and currently its so big that it fills the entire map
  13. I was fighting the Drake in Od Nua level 5 and at the end of the battle i buffed my main character but soon realized that no good deed goes unpunished.
  14. The only way this can make any sense is if Dex isn't truly giving a 3% bonus to attack speed, but only a 2% bonus instead. This would mean a 16% instead of a 24%. This can be happening because originally, Dex was meant to increase IAS by only 2%. EDIT: Ooops, i was following the thread until a few days ago and didn't realize it had progressed far beyond this point being raised.
  15. Maybe that explains when the Bandit leader in Black Meadow managed to take down my wizard with a special melee attack from half a screen away
