If he had the suit on during the Clone Wars series, then i guess it rules out that the guy on the picture is grevious before his suit.

In the teaser it looks like he's talking to Obi-Wan. An advisor you say. Anyone else know anything about this guy? just got a little curious. Anyhow it shows that the evil ones don't take good care of their teeth.

Hate to dissapoint you but that is his lightsaber, it is not a fake pic. By just spending a little time at the starwars.com forums you find out alot about the plot of the movie including: SPOILER <{POST_SNAPBACK}> If you watched the teaser you see that the pic is taken from the teaser video.
