I second this. And not just because I'm enjoying the excitement of watching this game get better funded. We need to know the overall total to inform our decisions about upping pledges when trying to reach stretch goals towards the end. I think that being able to see the grand total would make the kickstarter more exciting, and would create an atmosphere more conducive to upping pledges. If a stretch goal is within reach towards the end, I'm much more likely to pledge more money (probably more than is good for me ;-) if I know what the overall pledge total is. I'm with you!! Like many others, this project gives me hope in the future of beloved cRPGs. When I first found and read Eternity's kickstarter, and started lurking in the forums... how to describe the feeling... I knew I couldn't stand idly by. I have pledged, pledged an extra $8 and will no doubt pledge some more before this thing is over. For Obsidian! I'd like to be the "Haphazard Philosopher of the Obsidian Order" please!!
