No matter how slow the automatic regeneration is (Sawyer said it will be rapid, which is the opposite of slow).. IF there is any regeneration of hit points during combat it completely changes combat, and in a good way.

Anyway, love the stamina system, and it's as I predicted so +10 points for me. Love the lore aswell and can't wait to hear more about Life in Death and Death in Life.

From what I've read, melee fighters will use "stances" where for example a fighter can fight in a more defensive\offensive\protective way, swapping between them. But that's just an assumption from the class description. Barbarian will use "rage" to make em durable and more dangerous but it will have some form of drawback.

Love, as in real life, drives many people's actions\lives. It's a nice plot device if used correctly, so I guess I'm in favor of it.

I *never* heard about a complain because a game have no achievements. Some players might enjoy them but are they a requirement for anyone? I think not.

Im only saying that i don't whant P:E to become another DA2. When they put somthing oppisite to the fan, yes 1 time it could work but if "Whole" game is not what fans where expecting then you all know what happend.
Thats happen if "not lisening" to the fans becomes habbit. I am sure if they say "ok we joke about BG similaritis, P:E will we something like Sims 3 or new barbie andventures" .. im sure everywon in this forum whoud started to talk difrent about "Their game", the most fun is that that besiacli that this game is our not them. They will not be consumets of this game and they don't even funders, they besiacly only desining it

Am I the only one who absolutely loves ending a cRPG with a super boss battle? The battle vs Sarevok could be done better but cutting him down felt so good

It is intelligence/wisdom if we assume that melee fighters should have high intelligence and pointy-hat wizards high wisdom

Icewind Dale II, I believe, let you carry a dead cat in your inventory through the entire campaign, and called you out for it late in the game.

Something like that ^Me and 2 other friends of mine completed IWD2 with my cleric\rogue (don't ask) character carrying 7 cat corpses from the beginning of the game. xD

Casual\Dumbed Down and it's a gameplay mechanic from a game of the 90 that is clearly hardcore oldschool?
In answer to the guy who quoted me: you assume that kiting will be viable, yet they declared that opportunity attacks are in, I'm not sure you'll be allowed to do it.
EDIT: Is it so hard to imagine stamina as a limited damage reduction based off your beefiness?
