  1. ia hate this topic, is pointless and should be closed - only one thing to say so people won't say i'm spamming : why do you need beter shields ? the turret mini-game is easy as it is and i don't think they are gonna put more ships to fight with in a round or make them hit hard - those punks could not last more than a minute so no point in that
  2. what if it happens that your backpack gets full in the middle of a quest and you cannot return to the ebon hawk, than you will just miss on all the rest of the items? how do you make money if not from selling things you get from the dead guys?
  3. the STR weight carying limit will s*** in KotOR - in NWN didn't bother me because i always could use the stone of recall which was bringing me in the temple - and in the temple was the shop, then i just could go back, but in KotOR we can't do that so it would make no sense - and that thing someone said that we should only be allowed to carry 3 weapons(one for each hand and one more in the backpack) it's just stupid

Actually, someone said the other day that the game it's gona be 40 hours long and a dev said that he couldn't have known that since they don't know it either yet so if they they can istill implement something that can alter the length with over 1 hour (which what would make sense from the reply - it wouldn't have made sense to saiy that if it was going to be altered with less than 1 hour ) they can surely implement some new things - just maybe some parts are finished so they can change only little bits of the game
  5. well, if you give him armour, doesn't that restrict some of his force powers ? that's not very smart
  6. well, that is correct it has been said before that the ls/ds had not depth but about the charaacters i have to disagree - the best character is canderous - i have never seen him fall in battle and i played all the game with him when i went ds - he was the last man standing even in the fight against those trandoshans on the yavin station which in my opinion was the hardest fight in the game ( i played at hardest dificulty )
  7. i have to disagree, if he pulls the strings behind the scenes in the movie doen't mean we can't get to se what he does, after all we can't warn the jedis of his actions
  8. weapon switch but not sheathe - it's kinda akward to walk always with your weapons in hand, even in cities - why wond the police force there think you are a threat - on taris carth says that you should avoid getting attention from the sith but you walk through all the city with your weapons in hand
  9. choosing his face makes absolutly NO sense since you played it a couple of times at least
  10. i think the enemies should be respawning but only when you transit out of the area, so when you would come back to that area it won't be deserted and desolated. but also it shouldn't be flooding with enemies like inside the star forge. iff you kill all the enemies in that area they will respawn when you get out of there(repeating my self i know )
  11. actually juhani and jolee cannot be in KotOR 2 because if you have those choices at the beggining of the game it would mean that we would have 2 different games as they did noit survive the dark side end of KotOR 1. I think that zaalbar and mission will not be present either as you can kill them in the dark side ending also so it would be a lot more work to make different parties for beginning the game after ls ending and ds ending (well, my english is not that good so i hope you understand what i wanted to say)

  13. Camera control was cool what is that with zoom option . You just wanted to zoom on Joelles breast dint you? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was saying that if camera control was not to be implemented zoom would be nice too - zoom out it's clear how would have done all more interesting but also in some fights i would have liked to get in-close to see them, or to get close to a character to see how it fits in the new armor - though Jolee did make a fine woman for a man
  14. well, a major flaw in kotor was the lack of camera control - not even a zoom in/out option
  15. yes, it would be great to have a sith lord saying this : you : why are you so evil ? him : because i enjoy it. i like people to think of me with terror, my name whispered and not spoken loud as if only it could terrible things, plus i like killing people just for sports but as far as a game like kotor is involved, it is kind of impossible because every character has to have a story - i have seen some complains that we didn't knew much about malak in kotor so a conversation like the one i wrote would practically kill the story beyond the villain
  16. I would really like to be able to make some enemies beg for mercy when they understand there is nothing they can do to save their lives - and then i could use the force to do some terrible-terrible things to them :D
  17. you know who is a great villain ? baron vladimir harkonnen from frank herbert's Dune and not to forget Leto Atreides II aka The Worm - he is THE ULTIMATE villain in everybody's conception but all he wants is to save the man kind - he was the most intelligent being ever
  18. that's not the problem the problem is that it would be a lot cooler if you would become a sith earlier in the game so you could have some DS quests (and i'm not talking about those genoharadan quests) real DS quests, where you are a sith/sith lord and take care of bussiness - reffering to KotOR i would say this would of been really cool : on korriban, you really become a sith, the you learn who you really are, become malak's new apprentice, do some quests for him ( kill some jedis, raid a world - maybe the academy on dantooine) and as the game comes to a close, challenge him, kill him and take his/your previous role as sith lord and conquer the galaxy - now that would be a game that gives you choices in allignement - so what am i trying to say is that the real choice should come a lot sooner than the last 15 minutes of the game
  19. well, i really would like a game that would take about 100 hours of gameplay if you only make what you have to and over 120 hours if you go everywhere - now that's what I would like in a game - but the lenght should not be made up by conversation(i am not talking about a game with minimal conversation, no the conversation is cool, especially the funny one ) or by having to go again and again to the same location like i have done the first time i played through KotOR - i wouldn't like a liniar game either - well i guess i am hard to please
