Whats the point of changing the numerals to just boring numbers

Why is it that everytime weather is mentioned, its always mentioned how "rain would be too dangerous". Why not just add weather for a visual effect. Fog and rain could be purely cosmetic and wouldnt actually have to be a game mechanic, moreso an addition to the atmosphere the game already has

1) Add the option of having to press the hot-pouch and select and click the item just like Grounded 1. 2) Add the ability to walk while having the hot-pouch open similar to Grounded 1. 3) A setting to change the hot=pouch system to a system similar to Minecraft or other survival games, where you would have to go left and right to select your items instead of having the radial option. 4) Currently, swinging heavy weapons has screen shake but also bounces around the central crosshair, making it nauseating, change this back to the still crosshair from Grounded 1. im reposting this because my other post is bugged
