About the sizzle
there are 2 everchar coals sat around the outside of the firepit, from the right angle you can harvest them without sizzling. If you want to get inside, Sizzle protection armour and anti-sizzle smoothies, Mintito i think it is

Fresh start/wipe after major update ?
i remember that, it made me laugh. There are, just like G2, areas that are safe to build, easy to find. But yh it will need fresh starts but unlike G1 EA, you can't go out of bounds the normal way, this makes me think the current area won't have drastic changes

Tree Broke
There is a valid reason for the tree, thats due to some memory reason, basically having a massive hitbox encompassing the entire tree will use a substantial amount of memory, so have it part way up, 99.9% of players won't build that high. As for the bee, yes it lands on a branch but the hitbox there is floating, G1 is exactly the same with the Oak TL:DR, its a memory thing

Base building suggestion
Trying to build a base and I am limited to where I can put things due to the lumps of dirt that act as the terrain. I feel like parts should not be restricted by this as i have had to destroy part of my palisade just to put my spider nest down, even the new layout is fiddly because of those dirt lumps

More traps and depth
Tiered Spike Traps, maybe T2 could be with Red Ant Mandibles and T3 with Scorpion Stings that venom over time.

Fresh start/wipe after major update ?
if the first game is any indication, it'll be expansion updates that may require a reset, i remember when they added the pond in it didn't need a fresh start, same with the trash bags, yet bigger areas, ie. The sandbox, upper yard, picnic table did need a fresh start as they altered the game world. So if we go by that my guess is AXL's arena probably won't need a fresh start. But considering, unlike the first game, you can't explore out of bounds areas, its probable that was done to avoid constant fresh starts

Weapon Wall Mount Detail
i haven't noticed this as I've only recently started expanding my house, currently 4 floors with the newest 4th floor being the armoury and turret bay, but this seems like something that may get tweaked in the future

Possible katsaridaphobia mode
hopefully the devs see this post and respond accordingly, i personally am not bothered by the bugs but i do tingle and get the shivers whenever i fight a Wolf spider or a mantis. As for the roaches, they tend to jumpscare me because I focus on current task and then they walk in front of me

mounting buggy when collecting resources
I get that but sometimes its pointless, like with clay, in the little puddle under the snackbar, there's 3 lumps of clay, digging one then collecting the chunks only for the buggy to get in the way causing you to mount is annoying when you still have 2 more lumps to dig

one slight issue I noticed is that when on a resource run, clay for example, i dismount, dig the clay, then when i go to nab the clay, my ANTonio (buggy) gets in the way and makes me mount him. Obvious fix have them follow from a distance

Miss how to Change Point of View (Xbox)
I get what you're saying and yes it would be nice to have a console hotkey for switching pov, but you can just pause the game and switch it that way, press start, press x, simple really but seems like its a very ignored feature
