I'm just saying what I've heard. I don't actually play MMOs and my understanding of end-game content is raiding, pvp and all the capture the flag modes and whatnot that WoW has. It's great if it doesn't matter to you, but it will determine how well the game is going to do in the long term. AFAIK that is pretty much the sole reason why Age of Conan dropped off the map so quickly.

Dammit.. now i'm just getting songs from the Cthulhu musical going around and around my mind ... Curse You! A Shoggoth on the Roof? Any self-respecting star spawn would have a bunch of deep ones with it. As for ripping stuff off, it felt just out of place, like whoever put it there just copy-pasted a Call of Cthulhu adventure in there. Using it as inspiration and building on it or referencing to it is fine, but just putting a chunk of it in the middle of your game isn't all that nice.

I hear that end-game stuff is non-existent, but that might just be the beta.
