i've lost my entomologist badge i had it in my storage box and now it's not there how do i get it back

when im playing in the game i get kicked out of the game and have to log back in the game i keep repeating the same thing over and over again plz fix this

i play on xbox x and i get kicked out of the game and had to start over where i left off it did it 5 times and i have to keep doing the same thing over and over and over again
