I've been getting speech bubbles for new companion interactions, but when I initiate the conversation with them, I get nothing new. I've tried talking to them right when it pops up, off my ship, on my ship. I've tried reloading my save. Nothing fixes it.

I'm having the issue as well. I've tried talking to them on my ship, off the ship, reloading the save. Nothing works. It's so frustrating

2020 and this issue still persists. Ugh
