  1. I see from Event viewer some Event 1000 - I think this is maybe being logged on each game exit as the game isnt crashing while running Faulting application name: IndianaWindowsStore-Win64-Shipping.exe, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x00000000 Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.18362.418, time stamp: 0x99ca0526 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x00000000000072a6 Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll Faulting package full name: PrivateDivision.TheOuterWorldsWindows10_1.0.369.0_x64__hv3d7yfbgr2rp
  2. Even with a 1080Ti I rarely go for full 4K resolution. When you're involved in playing, the game esp on a TV, its hard to really see the extra resolution but the GPU has 4 times the work of 1080p, and keeping 60fps is more important. 1440p isnt supported on every TV but some games can scale up to 4K output - Gears 5 does this.nicely. On Outer Worlds Ive settled on reducing the " 3D resolution" slider and that keeps 60fps at 4K res with Ultra settings. What's sadly missing is HDR - the colour palette would really suit HDR.
  3. is it possible to have a slider to dim HUD screen elements (like in Fallout 76) or option to remove individual HUD items (like Assassins Creed Odyssey) as static images are not good for OLED displays? I know some items are already timed fade.
  4. In windowed fullscreen I'm stuck on 1920x1080 on 1080Ti GPU latest drivers to a 4K TV In fullscreen I can select any resolution. The advantage of windowed fullscreen is that as (sadly) there is no HDR support in the game you are able to enable HDR in windows first and then in windowed mode this psuedo-HDR is maintained in the game With a 1080ti at 4K ive put the 3D resolution modifier below 70% Ultra settings Shadows High just to give a bit of headroom as 60fps is difficult to maintain I think
