  1. Yes, all wars should be banned. UN will get right on this.
  2. Yes, they're so unbiased they won't even let Israel join. Edit: The pictures speak for themselves, and it's linked to Palestine Today in case you didn't notice.
  3. Okay, other than the government of Palestine, who would you trust to explain that yes, Virginia, malnutrition does exist at greater-than-normal levels in a country suffering under the Israeli blockade? Oh, I don't know, an objective and independent source instead of the Palestinian propaganda machine? Edit: Israel transfers an average of 15000 tons a week in humanitarian supplies, so if there's malnutrition it's not Israel's fault. Hamas meanwhile seems to have plenty of money to buy missiles and other weapons. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100602/ap_on_...blockade_glance
  4. Nice, your source is Palestinian National Authority. And those statistics, even if true, are probably better than most poor countries. There's nothing to show it has anything to do with the blockade.
  5. That looks like it's from 2002. Also it requires registration.
  6. Please tell me that you realize how incredibly and obviously dishonest this is, but simply don't care. Because otherwise... you would have to be very, very foolish. No, why don't you point out how it's obviously dishonest.
  7. Poor starving Gaza: http://www.bivouac-id.com/2009/12/06/atten...s-gaza-affamee/
  8. The Muslims can do no wrong by definition. Yes, it's a shame what's happened to Turkey. First Iran, and now this.
  9. You're greatly exaggerating. And the reason for the operation in Gaza was to stop Hamas from constantly firing missiles into Israel, which worked, at least temporarily.
  10. If a party is supplying one of the parties engaged in hostilities, it itself becomes a party to the hostilities, and thus action can be taken against it. Thus Israel had the right to board and confiscate the ship. Furthemore, Israeli soldiers have the right to defend themselves when attacked. Also if two countries are at war, the combatants don't have to supply any aid to the enemy, Israel should be given credit for allowing any humanitarian aid at all. Anyone who refuses to see this is simply blinded by their hatred for Israel.
  11. Probably too late, but just ignore LoF. Here's an article from the Israeli perspective: http://pajamasmedia.com/blog/within-israel...essons-learned/
  12. You don't need to bring a boatful of weapons to use passive resistance. Clearly many on that ship wanted violence from the start. Unless you're talking about the European activists, that may be true.
  13. Here's a peace activist from the flotilla Here are peace activists singing about killing Jews :
  14. How else would you board it if they weren't cooperating? They had nothing to cooperate with! Their ship was stormed without fore-warning during the twilight hours of the morning. If you're going to board and search a vessel as a responsible policing force, you don't ATTACK IT WHEN EVERYONE IS SUPPOSED TO BE ASLEEP. Open your eyes and do a bit of bloody reading before you post for once. They were ordered to stop first. And EVERYONE was asleep? Even the crew? And it wasn't attacked, it was boarded, it was the soldiers who got attacked. And btw, remember what I said about Turkish Islamists? http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/...nd-the-IHH.html
  15. It's up to the publishers which games get made, not up to Obsidian.
  16. How else would you board it if they weren't cooperating?
  17. And that's what they were doing, policing the naval approaches, and they did order the ships to stop first. I don't see what difference it makes whether it was 20 km or 80 miles from Gaza. Hamas doesn't recognize the Oslo accords btw.
  18. That's the misunderstanding here, the convoy wasn't going to enter Israeli territory, it was going to Gaza. And a naval blockade means you stop ships in international waters, otherwise you'd have to enter the territorial waters of the country being blockaded. Of course this situation is a bit different as Gaza is not a country. And Turkey is the one who set the whole thing up, if Israelis still think Turkey is their friend, they're being delusional.
  19. Not so long as information is used to try to achieve a political goal. Sooner or later the truth will come out though, not many may be paying attention by then.
  20. Because Israel has a blockade on Gaza, since you know, Hamas is sworn to destroy Israel. And of course the whole thing was meant to be a provocation Wals, there's no problem getting humanitarian supplies through relief organizations.
  21. Are you being facetious or do you really believe what you just wrote? You really need to educate yourself better. So you're claiming Henning Mankell, world famous Swedish author and well-known humanitarian (known for donating half of his considerable wealth to charity), is a member of this undefined Islamist group.. and then you want other people to "educate yourself better"? Your ignorance is nauseating. Most Europeans present were probably just useful idiots, it were the Turkish Islamists who brought the weapons.
  22. Are you being facetious or do you really believe what you just wrote? You really need to educate yourself better.
  23. These weren't any "peace activists". This was a Turkish islamist group intentionally creating an incident, in collusion with Turkey's Muslim Brotherhood government.
