I think it's just damage, I always get bonus to accuracy and pen from assassin, but the damage multiplier is only working on crits for me. It's playable, but makes assassin really swingy and a bit weaker on PoTD then it should be.

Same issue, just 2 party members though, zoning/dieing/reloading has no effect

Assassinate passive (rogue subclass) appears to have a max range, at least for spell casting(multiclass wiz/rogue). It works on multiple targets with AoE if I'm up close, but from far away it fails (checking damage logs) it appears to effect all spells so far. Edit: it might actually only be working on stealthed crits for the damage, the pen and accuracy always show up.
