I have been to Marsden many a time, driving a delivery van years ago. & I can vouch that the sheep are typical Yorkshire sheep. I.E, thick but sly & devious. Just like the locals!

That's why I am here. Because OT4 has gone down for a while it seems. Was bored, & another OT member suggested here, so thought I'd give it a go. Seems ok up to now What I was wondering was, is there anyone else here I know <apart from TDSOO>?

Some years ago the South Africans tried an innovative scheme to dispose of illegal cannabis plantations in rural areas. They used the large amounts of cannabis recovered as fuel to run steam engines. It turned out that the plant was very efficient as a fuel, almost as good as coal <& certainly less polluting!>, but there was a 'drawback' so to speak. Workers in the fields nearby the railway were getting extremely stoned whenever a train went past! B) True story.
