  1. A phone conversation between Darth Vader and Palpatine after the Death Star is blown to bits. This is funny as hell...all the swearing is bleeped out, so don't worry. http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseacti...deoid=911941306
  2. you know, no matter how many people try to downscale romances, it never changes the fact that if you took the romance out of the Star Wars movies (espeically Han and Leia) that it would just make the whole story lesser, somehow. In fact, that kind of applies to anything, game/movie/book etc, if it's done right and believable. Fact of the matter is, romance is important. You can't hide from it. It's in everything, and it's a part of everyone's lives, and it's the whole reason why anyone would want to save a galaxy, anyway. I don't understand how people can say that romances aren't important, when the simple fact of it existing between two characters can change the entire direction, plot, and outcome of the story. Come on, don't be scared They're just feelings. I know they're harder for your shrunken little hearts to deal with than C++, my dear game developers, but some of us gamers happen to be human, too.
  3. "(giving you a actual reason to return to Telos(making story make sence) unlike when you play a Female)" That is not logical, how is it not something a female Exile would do? Didn't the Handmaidens take Kriea to Telos? Wasn't Atris trying to be a Sith? There are other reasons, but they don't matter after those two. "With Visas its much shorter but you get the end pay off of the force sharing which SYMBOLIZES having sex with her." Now that's quite an imaginative interpretation. Are Miraluka beings of such strangeness that they can have sex sitting apart from each other on the floor? You could even interpret the "Looking upon" to mean that she wanted to see what the Handmaiden sees. "And the jealousy scene between Visas and Handmaiden also makes PERFECT sence (as per the storyline) unlike the jealousy scene when you play a female exile." I think you have this problem where you say something makes sense, but don't say why, which doesn't support your argument at all. For example Atton wouldn't be jealous of Disciple, because he doesn't think he's a usurper pretty boy... "The stories are there, just play game as designed (male exile) and follow all the conversations to their natural and logical conclusions' Well how can I argue against such logic? It would appear that I don't need to. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> LMAO Okay, your only reasons for playing a male exile are because...there's romances? That are just as fragmented as the other two romances? From what I know there's a cut sound clip of Atton's death/or leaving Malachor with the Exile that's pretty poignant. Are there any for Visas or Handmaiden? Exactly. Go bugger yourself. And yeah, I'm thinking the "force sex" theory is just some male wishful thinking
  4. Nah, I always play female chars. But I've noticed with Atton, Kreia, and T3 that you no longer get influence with them after a while if you've been making good progress on their influences. (I actually have such a high influence with T3 that he came blurping down the tunnel in Korriban to save me from the fake Kreia! Awesome!) And since I have this nifty influence guide, I of course made influence with everyone in my group as much as I could right in the beginning. I guess there's got to be a max, but thanks for telling me there is anyway, so I don't think I'm going crazy
  5. LMFAO so wrong in so many ways. My least favorite color, is probably green, just seems too pukey. And whatever color Disciple picks, because he's a fruitbat.
  6. Hey, it's about the..third time I thnk? That I've gone through this game. Is it possible to max out on influence on someone? Because I have this nifty little influence guide that I'm using on this run through, and I'm going through certain situations to get higher influence with certain characters in order to learn their backstory. Now, characters that I have a high influence with ALREADY aren't getting influence after a while, even though in past games they have at that certain point (although in past games I didn't have as much influence with them before encountering these situations.) Is it possible to max out on influence? And if not, then why am I not getting influence points with them on this run through when I did before? Thanks.
  7. I'm thinking these developers underestimate our shock-titude. Since most of the complaints I hear about any kind of content that's on an adult level is that it's too watered-down, romances included. And a lot of games that allow mod-ability usually end up with mods that allow same sex romances, and these mods are made by players. Besides all that; I don't normally play same sex romances, but if I did, I still wouldn't go after Juhani, because she's butt fugly. Sorry, all you Juhani lovers :D but it's so true.
  8. LMFAO!!! She was... <{POST_SNAPBACK}> do you have any "Canon" facts to back up that claim <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I think the fact that she a) claims she was in love with her former master, who was a woman, MIGHT be a clue and the fact that b) if you're a woman she tells you she has feelings for you, if you talk about her enough. Pretty sure that's a big hint. But who knows, she could just be a hippie
  9. Kotor I DS Female = Sevyn LeSabre Kotor I LS Female = Kya Demarco Kotor II LS Female = Falynn Kross (The first name was a random one, struck me because it sounded like "fallen". Good times)
  10. Question. I came on the Ebon Hawk this last time aronud while I was playing and got the Visas cutscene...but for some odd reason, a full-bodied hologram of Carth Onasi runs on to the ship after me. It follows me down the side of the ship to the dormitory where Visas is, and stands there while I face her down and make her a part of my little team. After the cutscene in the medbay is over, I went back to Visas' little nook on the ship and the Admiral Onasi holo is still standing there. Doesn't do anything when I try to talk to it. Um WTF is this? Besides a life-size pin-up of the Kotor hottie? Maybe this is the KOTOR 2 version of boy band posters? Visas, you dirty girl! Seriously, though, what the hell is this? Obviously a bug, but I've never had it happen to me before. In any rate, I now have a Carth hologram just standing in Visas' room. not that I mind. but I'm rather curious. I've got some screen shots of it, if anyone wants to see them?
  11. Kreia: You're not listening! Realize that if you walk down this path, there is no going back. This is a war unlike any we've ever fought before. [Awareness] PC: What? Sorry, I was trying to look under your hood. Er...have you ever thought about moisturizer?
  12. Wait, kiss scene??? What kiss scene? I play a female Revan! Damn it if the female gamers aren't getting totally jipped AGAIN!!!! Where the hell is OUR kiss scene? We just get some smarmy proclomation of love on a beach that takes two seconds, and no physical contact whatsoever? I'm starting to believe that game developers hate women. Although, if Carth's voice was an actual physical entity all by itself, I think there would definately be some clubbing-over-head-dragging-to-my-bedchambers going on. Kudos to THAT voice actor
