  1. I am prepared to go down the street with a frozen burrito. Is that far enough?
  2. I am wondering what else they are changing in Fallout and the SPECIAL rules system. How much worse can it get?

    GINGISM!

Human is human. People just cannot get that I guess.
  4. I don't particularly care for item degradation. It isn't that important. What is important is the setting and the rules system of the game. Nuclear cars. NUCLEAR FREAKING CARS! What the hell are they smoking over there?
  5. You need to read the the Bible more then. There have been quite a number of instances in reach killing people was considered a "good thing" and ordained by God. Hell, you can use the Bible to justify slavery and bigotry. Its all open to interpretation, but then again the Old and New Testament have been translated, retranslated, interpreted and reinterpreted for over 2000 years so there is no way to accurately to know what the original meaning of the scriptures meant. Christians should emulate Jesus, not use the old testament as justification for killing people. Christianity is both Old and New Testament, and then some depending on which faction you are with. There is more to Christianity than just emulating Jesus, Blank. Sad, but true.
  6. Post apoc and retrofuture? That is just the surface. I am talking about emulating PnP gaming feel on the PC. That is the main reasons why I loved the first 2 Fallouts. The rules system, the turn base combat, the way how the icons on the screen operated as minitures on the grid, and so forth. That is why I loved Fallout 1 and 2. Bethesda stripped what made Fallout 1 and 2 fun for me. Totally destroyed the PnP flavor of the game.
  7. The two main things that I wanted to see in Fallout 3 is not going to be in the game so I don't see why I should postpone my judgement of the game. Man, I wish Obsidian was doing this game instead of Todd Howard and his cronies. AT LEAST PEEPS AT Obsidian know what Fallout is all about unlike Bethesda.
  8. HA!
  9. It is the religion I have the most experience with and it is the most dominant religion in the region I live in.
  10. Sounds like a tight fit.
  11. I am so happy to entertain you.
  12. I hope this game has as much success as FOPOS enjoyed. Lookslike I was right about this game being a worthless POS Oblivion with Guns. I still like to know why the hell did Bethesda had to go about and ruin Fallout even moreso than what Interplay did. If they wanted to rewrite the rules system and interface that it is totally unrecognizable to the originals they should have made their own original IP instead of this crap. Seriously, is Bethesda that brain dead that they can't come up with original games any more?

  14. Only if they occur naturally and not by man-made carelessness.
  15. Anyway, It looks like Bethesda is indeed making a game onpar with FOPOS instead of Fallout 1 and 2. They have failed to revive Fallout from the dead. They just simply animated the corpse.
  16. Agreed. What we need is competent secular leadership in our government, not religious wackos like Bush and his cronies.
  17. Sure, if the game was Mass Effect. The game is Fallout so, it is a bad thing because its not Falloutish. Fallout needs to be Fallout, not Mass Effect.
  18. I found Indigo Prophecy a fun game but it had no replay value. I say it as an evolution of the gameplay style that was first introduced in Dragon's Lair and Space Ace. Games like these are renters but very entertaining renters.
  19. GIMMIE! More hair styles is always good. More heads would be good as well. More the merrier I say!
  20. What we need is a strict separation of church and state. Religion has no place in our public school ystem unless we are teaching the social analytical aspects of the dynamics of religion and not faith. Religion and spirituality is a private affair between oneself and his or her God. Creationism and Intelligent Design has no place in science.
  21. I wish I could agree with that. But after hundreds of years of bitter hatred there will only be peace when one or the other is wiped out. Or they might get sick and tired of the violence that the survivors on both sides decide to not fight each other any more. Maybe.
  22. I don't particularly like how combat sounds. It sounds unnecessarily complicated when the old system would have worked just as good if not better. Aside from that it still sounds pretty iffy. One good thing is that they took out level scaling, but a level 20 cap?!?!? What is this? DnD?
  23. As much as I want the US to keep their nose out of Iraq I also want Al Qaeda to do the same. I do hope that the US forces focus on Al Qaeda to wipe that organization out. As for the insurgency and militias composed of Iraqis, and not foreign fighters, that is Iraq's problem and the Iraqis need to find a solution to that problem, but if Al Qaeda can be quelled I have no doubt that the Sunnis and the Shiites can come to a peaceful agreement... Eventually.
  24. Indeed. I would say role playing has taken place when the nipple makes its first appearance. I remember my first nipple ... *reminisces* *Reminisces with Meta* *Reminisces Meta's nipple*
