Bastila was the deepest character in the game, and she was definitely not as annoying as you make her sound.

Sad but true. You should have seen that one guys spamming campaign I think around 24 hrs ago. That was worse. That's just off the top of my head, but there are other, worse examples. It's sad, but I think this forum's going downhill as no one is serious. Maybe that's because people think that there's no way that their questions will really be answered. I just remember the good old days with the bioware KOTOR 1 boards (before it came out of course). Everyone was more serious, friendly, and humerous at the same time.
That being said, I didn't find bastila that attractive. Maybe I just looked too quickly.
The spamming campaign was in response to what Bioware had become. All it is is a den of n00bs and Woo ass kissers over there now. Sad really. I still laugh when I remember the Padme or Bastila thread.....those were good times.
You got some real issues there.

It's like all those people on the BioWare boards wanting that Blackguard woman who annoyed me back in NWN expansions. This is Obsidian's game and I'd rather they focus on their own character.
Why didn't they set it a couple hundred years before or after KOTOR so they could have had most opportunity to do their own thing and these sorts of polls wouldn't come up because most players are alive or not born.
You're right. I was actually hoping that the second KotOR was to take place 4,000 after the first starwars movie. Geez, I wonder what everything would it be like then? Probably jedi wookies and everything!

You're counting messages and pages, and announcing it.
Posting merely to see numbers raise constitutes spam. Discussing with someone your opinion is not necessarily spam. Like I said, few topics on this forum stay on topic very long. I don't go out of my way to jump down people's throats about it, and I'm guilty of it too.
However, you crossed certain lines by just posting numbers in responses to your own posts. That's pretty low.
Nope, wandering off-topic is called spam, just ask the BioBoards.
P.S. C'mon 700 is a big deal! And it was only 699-700. Just two! You cannot compare that to all of the flaming that was going on here!

Spam? From page 15 on-words, this thread was spam. You're spamming yourself when you are telling me that I spam. I was merely reminding people what this thread was about, when it looked like I was spamming.
I was trying to remind people that this thread was about Bastila, not about Alexia's @$$. And I cannot see how 3 measly posts is as worse as all of the flaming, moaning and bickering that has been going on here for the past 20 pages.

Literature? All I meant was that she was a deep character in terms of how deep videogame characters can become. In fact, its proof right there that she is deep, when all of a sudden you have to compare her to characters created by Shakespeare.
She has far more depth than other game characters such as Duke Nukem or Lara Croft, who's story is the usual "kill everyone just because" crap.
