    My character alt packs are still not restored, and neither is the special for 4 cards and 25k gold that went on sale last night that I bought.

    I tried restored restoring already. Didn't work. I also emeaiked support yesterday and haven't received a response.

    I purchased but of the alt character packs yesterday and can't use them. I also purchased 7k worth of chests, but the cards aren't in my vault. I emailed support@obsidian.net with the receipts and haven't received a response. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. bonetribal #2837

    I bought the power and prestige pack, and I can't use it. Also spent about 7000 gold on chests but the items disappeared upon restarting the game. Help please?
