I have a question. Let's say I put the new Sanguine Plate on a Barbarian who has high INT and took Greater Frenzy. If it procs, does Sanguine Plate's Frenzy have its duration affected by INT? Does the Barbarian's Greater Frenzy applies to it as well? Can someone test this one? Thanks
