I'm liking the new Lips so far (just got it this afternnon). Very playful and serious at the same time. The first song, "Yeah Yeah Yeah Song", is pretty weak, though. It just falls flat for some reason.

Actually, games do make me want to do drugs. And so do movies, plants, TV shows, dogs, garage doors, red cars, and air.

 

Seriously for second, I started doing drugs as a teenager when I wasn't playing video games at all. The connection seems kind of goofy to me.

CA once said (PC Gamer mag a couple months ago) they're always working on an 'evolutionary' game and a 'revolutionary' one. M2 is the evolutionary one so the other should be something brand new (not Shogun 2 or Rome 2).

Sit down with your manager and very politely explain why you deserve a raise. Put the emphasis on what you do rather than on the negative aspects of the other guy (don't mention his tattoos or other petty things). Be firm yet extremely polite (repeating myself for a reason). If the the situation is unacceptable to you (financially or personally), ask politely for a letter of reference and move on if they say no. Stay positive and polite. Don't get emotional.
