    After testing this occurs with 'bark' dialog as well.

    Same issue, getting worse as I progress. Cold boot and then loading the game did not resolve the issue.

    nvidia released a driver patch. I'd advise everyone to update to the latest patch. It worked for me.

    I'm experiencing the same thing.     My main charater's headwear is missing after loading the lastest patch. Equipped items going missing? Is that a thing?
