Did it with a team of 4, all level 4 on hard.

Just killed him first time on hard with main (cipher), Eder, Aloth and Durance all lv 4. I used paralyse and mind blades with my cipher, only shooting once with a pistol to restore focus (onto a paralysed enemy) . Eder tanked. Aloth used Fan of flames 3 times, expanded region on Eder. Durance used Blessing and then did some healing. It was over quite quickly.

Unlock combat looting and inventory doesn't seem to be working, hmmm.

If you're going for a bow you will need MGT to do damage + gain focus. Might is more important than attack speed because you need to get past DR, it's pointless attacking quicker if you do little damage since you will gain little focus. DEX is still important of course for attack speed but less so I'd say. If you going ranged cipher you are probably going for a bit of a glass cannon build so CON is less important, you'll want tanks taking all the heat.
