Hey Large Father,
There have have some reports that user saves have been going missing and that you cannot load them. Have no fear, the saves are still located in your save folder. You just need to delete some temp folders to make them reappear again.
Go into your AppData folder and delete the TempSaveData along with CurrentGame. You can find those folders here: 'C:/Users/Username/AppData/Local/Temp/Obsidian Entertainment/Pillars of Eternity/TempSaveData' and the folder 'CurrentGame' next to it.

Hey VampDissaor,
Try this first. From the Front End go into your Options Menu and 'Default' your controls. Your Mouse Click my be unassigned. If that doesn't help, try some of these troubleshooting tips (Forum Link)

Issues like this can happen is people run two versions of PoE at the same time. Global Data resets all over the place, once this happens there is nothing we can do.
Though your issue seems to be a little different. When I loaded your save, I kept getting the Letter at Caed Nua pop up after each transition. I'm not sure how to reproduce your issue, so fixing it can be very difficult. Without repro steps our devs are kind of stuck. A fix won't get in by 3.03, but if we can nail this down for a future patch maybe we can get a fix in. Until then, yeah, your save may be botched.

Hey PredatorX,
Cross platform saves do no sync via the cloud. You'll have to manually transfer the save files you want to use.

Hey Jukejoke,
I've been playing around with Druids, using ranged, melee, and spiritshift. I can't seem to reproduce your issue. Can you give me exact steps?
For example;
1. Enter combat
2. Attack with a bow
3. Switch to sword (via the hotkey)
4. Attack the same enemy
5. Interrupt the 4th step with spiritshift
Something like that?

You are most definitely missing some files. I'd recommend a full uninstall and reinstall.

A few people have been getting this in our Beta, which definitely puts a frown on my face. We should have a fix in place, my guess is that it was not retroactive. Meaning your save prior to 3.03 will still be affected. Unless of course you are experiencing this bug with a fresh save started in 3.03?

[Edit] Got a bug into our system with your save/output and I'm having a programmer take a look. This is a strange one.

3.03 Beta Update
'On Hit' weapon procs now function correctly.
Fixed multiple issues with companions auto-level up (thanks Hamskii).
Fixed an issue where characters would stay invisible when using Cape of the Master Mystic.
Added a missing hatchet (thanks nem0).
you can now find it at the end of the Brynlod Bounty.

I'm going to guess that our fix for this issue is not retroactive. The issue with Orenos spawning on the opposite side should no longer occur for new saves.

Adventures are completed by the passage of turns, not to be confused with time. Turns are passed when you complete quests not when time is passed. Her showing up in Brighthollow is just a graphical issue. If the adventure shows her on the adventure it will complete after you complete a certain number of quests.
