Arrogancy

Yeah, the fact that bandits can tear down GIANT STONE WALLS is not really ok. The whole thing is kind of disappointing.

Is the talent in the game? I'm pretty sure I've got the requirements.

Is there any analysis on the talents? I tried Arcane Veil on my first build, but realized that since there's a 2nd-level spell that gives lots of deflection the Veil will likely be a wasted talent later in the game. Or am I mistaken? Similarly, is grimoire slam worth it? Blast? I'm honestly feeling like it might be worthwhile to take some utility or defensive talents instead.

It seems like it does but it's not quite clear. I'm trying to figure out if my control wizard needs any might.
