With respect to the "disappearing skeleton Crabble bug" that's being tracked (here: https://outerworlds2.obsidian.net/issue-tracker#OD3KJctv-skeleton-crabbles-corpse-can-disappear-underground-ar-122102 ), I did notice that there is one active crabble enemy that is trapped in the underground space around the Mysterious Cave on Paradise Island in my game (XBox S). Sometimes it will aggro on me and trigger the combat loop, but no combat is possible because, well, it's trapped under the ground colliders. I haven't tried shooting it anyway, though, which might be something to try, because I noticed (and reported) that when going after the Raptidon Matriarch, if you stay on the righthand-most ledge in the passageway just before the entrance to her den, Niles and Inez can shoot through at least three meters of solid rock and nickle and dime her to death because she won't chase you into the passageway. Note that I did have Inez mix the pheromones with Nebulium to make the matriarch woozy; not sure if this had an impact on what happened with respect to her not chasing us. As a cowered, this tactic pleased me, but I reported it as it might be a bit unbalanced. ; )

Lucy the Crabble bug

What console/system are you using -- are you on PS5? (There was an update to the PS5 to get people their bonus packs, and I'm wondering if -- since one of the bonuses is a pet sprat -- that has something to do with it.) -

Hi there, I've made some tests regarding this problem and i think it's not random. I tried to check my invotory at every moment on the first mission. The food and meds did not disappear when hit or die but at some points in the mission. Ffirst it was in the office where you deactivate the vox but i didnt take screens. But at another point when you talk to the guy in the outpost before the bridge. After talking to him and kill the robots i still got my foods in my inventory Each time i pass the outpost to continue my food and meds disapear and hopefully the autosave was at this moment and if i load back the save they are still here and i've repetead the process multiple times just to be sure it's not just a coincidence. I hope it help.

Hello guys at Obsidian and forum! So far I'm enjoying The Outer Worlds 2, despite of some bugs (yes Inez, why wouldn't I be able to recruit you yet...?) and the heavy and long shaders compilation at every start of the game. About 7 hours in and Paradise Island cleared, I thought I would throw in some suggestions for you to consider implementing on the next patches, coming from a person who has spent way too long on open world RPG's. Hope they'll be of use for all of us! UI: In the inventory, it'd be nice to be able to click on a weapon/armor and autoequip it, and at least be able to sort them out by damage/DPS or armor strenght. As far as working benches go, I should be able to distinguish exactly the weapon/armor I'm wearing right now so that I can know which thing I'm modifying from the get-go. And I think limiting weapon slots to armor modifications is not the best idea ever... Main quest: Awesome, nothing more to add. One of the best I've played in recent times. Secondary Quests: Most of them feel very short or are way too "fetchie". I know this can't be changed, but I'd love to see longer and tougher quests on future DLC's. I'm thankful to you as Murder in Eridanos was an awesome experience and represents exactly what a DLC shoud be to me. In the secondary questing department, Cyberpunk 2077 is still unmatched in my opinion. World: I know random events are normally a Bethesda thing, but as beautiful as the Paradise Island is, I don't feel really encouraged to explore it. Take for example the crub guy on that random house/lab: he has pretty nice dialogue but the quest is quiet boring. I'm sure there are ways to spice up the world or give us more specialised or juicy rewards like things that would max up some of our attributes (something which makes me sad that we can't see on the game). Companions: I know this is not a Bioware experience, but I would love to see more interactions among companions while I'm travelling. Paradise Island only has two so this might change later on, but banter truly helps with immersion and making them feel alive, specially with how close Niles and VAL are to each other. I won't talk about what I think about romances, but if a life simulation approach has any bearing on an RPG, there shouldn't be one without them, as long as they are properly implemented. That is personal opinion, though. Many ideas from the first hours of gameplay, but all in all I'm much appreciated for this more polished and superior experience coming from Outer Worlds 1. I loved the ideas and I love how they came into fruition to make this such a well rounded-up videogame RPG. Well done lads.

knosuhor started following UI / frame generation bug

There is a bug with UI that makes frame generation look glitchy. On the top center of the screen most of the time is visible shadow that is probably part of the UI for showing some text. Sometimes it is not there for a while but keeps showing back. It is hard to see without frame generation enabled (shadow is very subtle). With frame gen it is very visible, making it glitch in this area (showing only real frames?). I see it with xess fg enabled but it is probably the same for users with dlssg.

I find it crazy that so many people in america are depending on food stamps in the first place. Just shows you that something is very wrong right in the core.

Serial Killer Perk Bugged

Playing it now and Treacherous negated Serial Killer as soon as I got it. I'd never have taken Serial Killer if I knew it would be a waste. -

Found Otto's locks/switches and tried solving it for like 30+minutes, ended up looking up the solution which I really didn't want to but it still doesn't work. It looks like the one wire never gets power no matter what. Seen other people on Reddit saying they were having issues with it too after the most recent update, this is my first time playing and making it here so no idea if it worked before whatever update.
