Can’t Get Away from Scorpion

This happened to me, too, except the scorpion just showed up one day before I even started to explore anything, then it absolutely refused to go away, following me everywhere I had to cheese it onto the leaf above the ranger station door and shoot it to death with arrows -

I really hope this gets worked out but ever since Grounded 1, shared world save files just dont work for my friend group. We all have cross-platform enabled, we've all been added to the shared save, but whenever we go to load the shared save, if we aren't the creator of the world, the only save available is an extremely outdated one. We cant access any of the recent auto saves, the shared world save has never been changed to a standard save, yet the only one we can ever access is one of the earlier saves. I shouldn't say can't access, as much as the issue is we can't even see those saves. I was really hoping this issue would have been worked out by now, considering how big of a deal the developers make of this functionality but it just does not work for us period. Please for the love of God fix it. We should not have to convert it to a normal save and re convert to shared everytime we want to get off just to update the file.

Map feels generic and bland

The first game started out way more bland than this one did -
Every time I try to access multiplayer I get this message. I’ve restarted my game, console and router. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Checked the network connection and everything is running fine. Turned cross play on and off. Also tried using a wired and wireless connection. we have another Xbox and it runs multiplayer correctly and all of the network/multiplayer settings are the same. Pls help

Instead of keeping track of what Mutation Loadout A, B, C, and D are supposed to be. Can we instead get the ability to name them, like A = Scouting, Runner, Travel, etc.; B = Base Builder, Resource Harvest, etc.; C = Spider/Blademaster; and D = Barbarian, Clubs Tank, etc.? Or if you want to make 4 different Combat loadouts you can. Also, it would not hurt to get a few more, TBH.

I really dislike having to press start to change my point of view from first to third person…a suggestion to fix this might be like opening the hot pouch and pressing “x” or something? Sometimes switching POV in battle is nice but right now it is very inconvenient as you cannot move while you switch and continue to get attacked while doing so.

Every time I try to cycle to a different weapon using the hot pouch wheel, it removes my weapon and then does not equip what I selected…this has gotten me killed many times when switching weapons in battle.

Spent like an hour and a half going to every grocery store in town looking for anchovies. Only found one that was labeled as anchovy but it looks... fishy. Looks just like the sprats they keep trying to push on us but it's not even close to the same, I made that mistake the first time I came here. Ended up just buying 5 different kinds of Caesar dressing and hoping that one of them is decent enough or that we can punch it up enough to make it work. Update on the dressing. They're all a bit too sweet and this is coming from a fat, corn syrup American. My son really likes it though. I'll see what I can do to tone it down a bit.

(On console) I like the Omni tool but dislike how it is used. A change that could be made could be to have the Omni tool work like a weapon using the RT to use it but you could make the x button feature like a “hold x to select the proper tool”. It is also really hard to repair with the Omni tool and I miss building items being highlighted that were damaged.

I cannot play the game for more than about 10-15 minutes without it crashing. It's always the same crash, screenshot below. It seems to happen more often while exploring an underground area, but happens consistently above ground as well. I've tried through both steam and the Xbox Gamepass version, both crash the same amount. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and a RX 7800 XT GPU. I've tried using the following launch commands, with described results: -dx11: any light that hits anything causes the texture to constantly flicker like mad -dx12: no help, still crashing the same amount -useavailablecores: no help, still crashing the same amount

Can’t load/view saves (Xbox)

Hello everyone, came across this thread while seeing if anyone else was having the same issue as I was. I noticed this happening on both my Series X and my PC. The only way I have gotten it to work is by sitting in the menu for about 10-15 minutes before loading a save. I get all the way to the spot right before hitting "continue", and wait that period of time. For some reason, this seems to work. So i think whatever it is, is maybe that the game is loading or trying to connect to something on the back end, and when we try to load a save before its loaded fully, it crashes. -
Cannot load shared world

Had the same issue last night, was hoping i could sleep on it but still no dice, a world I had hosted all day long with multiple saves is no longer accessible with the same message, my friend can still access it but can’t reshare it with me? So now every time I want to access it he has to be online. I understand constant crashes and rendering issues on launch but not being able to access a map I’ve been grinding on for 2 days straight randomly out of nowhere is frustrating. (Xbox series x/s) -
When trying out the Acorn Turret for the first time, I've found that the look directions can't be inverted. I play with look inverted on the Y axis, and it's difficult to control the turret when the look controls are backwards from what they normally are.

Grounded 2 Bugs and Feedback

Bug report: I'm stuck in the walls: I called my ant, Steve, to me as I was exiting the ominant lab/facitlity to the north east edge of the map (where the statue is, the garden facility). I wasn't paying attention, and Steve (poor steve) was trapped in a wall. And i got on top of him. Then i was stuck. Then i died of dehydration. Immurement is a horrible way to go. -
@majestic whats the food to the right of the tomatos? A potato wedge?

Would it be possible to add a build perimeter to let us kniw how far apart we can put out storage items for the hot deposit to work? Also is there a build limit? If so could you please add a meter for it? Thanks jammychap

3 things 2 are bug glitches and one is building. Bug Glitch 1. My buggy fell through the map and got knocked out. (Iffy fix) I had to reload and spam the whistle option to get back to the top so he would go into the nest. Bug 2. O.R.C. Bee buy Blueberry Stash is stuck in the sky out of arrow range. (Untested fix) I'm currently building a skyscraper to reach him Building issue. I'm building my base by the first ranger out post and when walling the area off it's full of gaps and areas that won't allow any form of clipping (obstructed) so bugs are just waltzing through like it's a highway.
