Issue:

The Ascension Cipher's "Ascended" status effect that is gained upon reaching full Focus does not interact correctly with other activated effects that extend effect duration, such as Salvation of Time or the final Watcher ability. Upon reaching the pre-extenstion duration of the effect, the cipher is unable to cast spells (as if they were at 0 Focus), but cannot gain Focus.

-On using an effect extender, the resource display on the portrait and buff timers are set to correct values.

-On reaching the end of the extended duration, the cipher can once again gain Focus as normal.

-Passive effects that extend effect duration such as Intellect seem to be working correctly.

 

Please fix, I want to have infinite spells for a full 90 seconds
