May 15, 20187 yr A lot of the artifacts, not just this one, I found have 0% chance to apply their effects, pretty sure it is a bug or is displayed improperly. May 15, 20187 yr Oh yeah that thing is bugged as all get out. Expect to be staying invisible until you reload a lot
