On Motare o Kozi, helping Baltia with Eder cannot seem to be done, as his might check will result in a positive, followed by Eder talking. Then the dialogue will end, but Baltia will stay a prisonner of the vines.

It appears to be impossible to free him without doing the might check yourself.

 

Game version is listed as 1.0.1.0064 RELEASE V2

I am experiencing the same problem. This is with the newly 1.2 patch that just released today. Also from GoG.

playing with Gog version (latest one - from Galaxy: 4.1.2.0047), in turn by turn mode.

 

The issue still occurs.

 

[Edit] Tried to exit and reenter the area, talk to her then again asked Eder to remove the roots, to no avail.
