May 14, 20187 yr Hey all! I started this game when it was released, and I'm building Eder as my main tank (sword and shield). Penetrating Strike looks pretty good for piercing armor, anybody have experience with the ability? Thoughts? Does it have a Discipline cost / cooldown? Thanks!!
May 14, 20187 yr It costs 1 and has no cooldowns. No abilities in the game have a cooldown. I really loved it and it became a mainstay on my devoted/soulblade, but I didn't pick it with my tank, since it works better with dual wielding and on my tank I'd rather use the discipline to become immortal or use the top tier abilities.
May 14, 20187 yr It's insanely good. Penetration makes a huge difference in this game, and it only costs 1 discipline. I have Eder as a Swashbuckler dual wielding Sabres/Swords and using Crippling and Penetrating strikes, let's just say he's cleaning up mobs quite quickly. Although tbh almost everything does right now.
