Not sure if this is intended.... but I have the enchant on Xoti's lamp that gives +x% resistance against spells, and it seems to be blocking helpful spells as well. A couple times an important character has resisted Devotions of the Faithful which is especially annoying.

Thanks for the post! I'll get this looked into and see if it needs to get bugged as suppressing beneficial effects as well.
