One handed tank/dps/support?

I was wondering if anyone had builds centered around 1 handed swords. Not dual wielding or two handed or shield.

 

Seems like it would be a nice change of pace, plus I figure Eder gets dual sabers and the priest/monk goes fisty, might as well do something different for my watcher.

 

If you have class suggestions I'd love to see stats, since I'm still not great at the game.

Devoted fighter would be a good place to start. Go pure Devoted or multi-classing with either Paladin for more tank or Soul Blade for more damage. Soul Blade in particular works well because Soul Annihilation is only a primary attack.

Any class or combo that capitulates around critical hit frequency and/or critical hit damage, since 1-handed style provides the highest possible amount of ACC.

imo what would work well is anything with devoted in it focussed around criting.... i have started an orlan devoted soulblade that has like 80% hit to crit conversion....monk or barbarian would probably work well as second class too
