Bug with iron thunderer?

I did the quest for the shipwright in Neketara and he's offering me the commission for the iron thunderer for 1000, but going into his shop, you can buy iron thunderers for 300. What's going on?

You get 4 cannons for the 1000. I wondered what was up too and was very close to turning down the offer, but was pleasantly surprised when I got 4 cannons instead of the expected overpriced 1. Naturally this should have been clearer in the conversation.

Yeah he offers you 4 cannons, at 1000 for 4 it is below market price.  That said, this isn't the bug forum
