I generated a manual save for my game and selected that I had let Aelys go to murder her father.  After getting the Defiant I got the God interaction and Skaen mentioned that I had instead wiped her mind. 

 

I also selected that I had bargained with Skaen but didn't do what he wanted, and there was no interaction regarding that (not sure if there should have been though)

 

I added my Generated History below (so named because I picked choices that seemed to have pissed people off)

 

My save file is too big to attach, even if it is archived.

Issue persists in 1.0.2 for me.

Yea same for me also with and without the update installed.
