Hi,

 

When fighting I have words poping up above my characters and above the enemies regarding the buffs and debuffs, like "Resolve" "Shaken" "Confused", it's a bloody mess during comba especially if I use the French localisation wich has lot of typos, weird characters due to bad formating and mistranslations.

 

So is there any way to disable those pop ups ?

These giant tooltip takes up way too much space, cant see **** of what you are doing in combat.

In one of the patches an option was added to remove floating numbers&messages. You can find it graphic options.

Why can't I get rid of the big huge annoying pop up on the left in Every combat there is this huge annoying pop up always placed in the way of everything so it makes it almost impossible to see anything in combat pleas tell me ther is a way that will remove this from combat I have exhausted every option to no avail and it is highly intrusive to all gameplay way has no one fixed this among other very annoying thing constantly happening in the xbox one version which is suppose to be the definitive version thos is very unappealing and I am a backer and I see my name was almost purposefully omitted from the credits even when I not only Paid for it but even typed it in when I sent money to back this game!!??

1. Can you take a screenshot or a picture? I don't know what pop up you could be talking about.

2. There's no conspiracy to exclude anyone from credits ("purposefully omitted"). It's way too late to do anything about it now. You should have received a survey well before release to fill in what name you want to appear in the credits and, failing that, you should have emailed support (again: before release) if there were issues with that.
 

Back in PoE1 in the "developer's commentary" they noted that the first tavern was a kickstarter backer reward but the backer went AWOL and they did it themselves, so the lore in that tavern talks about an owner that left and never came back (and that's how you can get that dog). I always wondered how a player could miss out on a reward they paid out for, but well I guess...

First the purposefully omitted name in the credits, followed by that huge tooltip - and then the point and komma keys on your keyboard broke off. Jeez... what a disappointing day that must have been...

The debuff/buff tooltip popup blocks the spells/abilities and often times frustrates me. I totally forgot I had assassin abilities. I really wish i could find a toggle for this.

Yes, this can happen if you have a lot of benefical and/or hostile effects on you and/or if your screen resolution isn't very high.

There's a mod that you can install which removes a lot of unneccessary entries from that window - for example bonuses from taverns, food bonuses and so on.
