Boeroer Posted May 7, 2018 Share Posted May 7, 2018 Are you sure? Because the time between ticks is not supposed to be affected by anything. You can set DEX to 1000 via console and find out. Two Weapon Style is only supposed to reduce recovery time between weapon attacks when you are dual wielding. I would be very surprised if it has any effect on the ticks of Returning/Relentless Storm.
