If there is only one enemy, driving flight shot bounces on the original target. This does not make sense.

Happens with all jumping attacks (including spells).

Yeah I just realize this happens to all jump spells and attacks. But noone post a bug thread to report this :D

Because it's cool. ;)

Driving Flight has a -50% bounce penalty so I'm also fine with it bouncing to original target.

Btw Fury form attack doesn't have the bounce penalty, so if the dev rebalance its basic damage the form can be pretty powerful.

I think it already is pretty powerful because of that (also works with Two Handed Style). It's a ranged weapon after all. Btw what happens if you combine Fury with Driving Flight?  :brows:

Yeah I wonder that too, I think I tested it in beta 1, it’s 2+1 not 2*2 unfortunately.

Will maybe test later this evening. Stay tuned. ;)

So in the stream there were Mind Blades several times and they jumped 5 times on every cast - even if there only were two enemies. It would just jump back and forth between the two. Josh and Aarik gave the impression that this is intended (Aarik commenting something like "pew-pew-pew-pew-pew!"). So I guess this is not a bug.

Anf hinestly I hated it that Mind Blades or other jumping spells stopped jumping if it killed the initial enemy or if the range between two enemies was just a tad to big. So this change is good in my book. You'll always get the same amount of damage out of those spells - concentrated on few enemies or spread over more.

Yes, but if there is only 1 enemy the concept of bouncing into itself does not make much sense to me. They should at least try to word the ability differently so that it makes sense with their implementation (in case this is not a bug)

As I said: consistent damage output.
