Wiki weapon and item list is now incomplete

There was a time in which the pillars of eternity wikia had a full list of weapons, armors and items.  recently however the wiki has been messed up and lots of items and weapons are missing.  formerly the wiki was  very good, but the recent changes  and edits are ruining it. perhaps someone can back-up the old wiki format?

The wiki is pretty bad. It has so little actual information. Just copy pasted what's in the game. But actual mechanics are missing. Many items on the wiki give 0 info on how it actually works or what it even does.
