I always take it for my fighters, but in the late game there are some much better cloaks. Is it really worth buying/using? Does it realy help the fighter that much?

So I’ve had play through a where I kept it and others that I did not. It was never a huge difference, so I say go for better cloak. It also depends on your party (if you have one). If you have a chanter and take the passive healing you definitely don’t need it. Constant Recovery is enough I think and if you get the upgrade to it even more so.

It only gives you +2 non-scaling healing per tick. Not very impressive. I still use it because I like to stack as many regeneration effects on my dps fighters as possible and combine that with healing bonuses - but if I'm honest it's not really end-game gear.
