When you right click on the cipher spells soul shock and amplified trust, the description does not mention the penetration value.

Since both spells cause damage ( not raw damage), I assume they have a penetration value.

    I like big bugs and I cannot lie...

    Same as Soul Ignition spell, only shows fire damage per 3 second, no penetration info.
