Retail purchasers of the Korean version of Pillars II can get it directly from our Korean-language partners, H2 Interactive.

As I already said, most of Korean backers don't want this.

We pledged because we don't like local retailer's Korean monopoly.

We wanted Korean will be included in global version same as other languages.

Does other languages in pledge goal also backers & local retailer only? NO.

Then why Korean local is so special, and got restricted without any explain?

Dev should explain this problem as detail as they can.

If not, we keep believe we got scam, that dev double selling Korean translation right.

Aarik already explained that only retail purchasers will have to get the Korean version through H2 interactive. Those, like you, who already backed the game, will get a Steam or GOG key for the Korean version of the game.

They already understood the statement you repeated, and that is not their point at all. They're not talking as a backer who's worried for their own copy, they're talking as a general Korean fan.

They're demanding explanations for the (perceived) unfairness of giving a certain retailer the exclusive rights to distribute a feature which is officially included and promised in the campaign. I don't have a strong opinion on this, I just wanted to clarify the post.

edit: changed he to they

They don't even think that they were wrong.

Like some of the posts said, they promised to support Korean officially, as a funding goal.

and then suddenly discarded Korean from 'supported language' section on the steam page without any clarification.

"Backers can get Korean translated key ASAP" can't be the right answer.

"Sorry for current situation, you can definitely play POE2 as Korean on release date." is.

Korean people needs a right answer, not some lootbox jokes.
